Urmi Basu is a founding partner of USS and directs all operations. Urmi has worked tirelessly with a variety of for-profit and non-profit organisations providing management and operational skills. She is a native of Calcutta and currently manages New Light, a non-profit organisation working in the red light district of Kalighat.
